The origin of this relationship.
One of the longest interspecies relationships on Vulpes. This relationship started when the female coyotes realized
that male wolves were generally more faithful to their mates in the long-term. And since Wolves and Coyotes are strongly
related anyway, it's pretty easy to see why they cross-breed.
Why they cross-breed
1. =begins sarcasm= Oh gee...I don't know (*cough* canine couple).
2. Male wolves typically have larger knots than male coyotes, resulting in longer (and more productive) ties.
What they offer each other
M Wolf: A more faithful yiff partner and a highly devoted father.
F Coyote: Since female coyotes are usually a bit smaller than female wolves, the coyote fem feels tighter to the male
wolf when he yiffs her, causing him to want to yiff her longer and more often.
